Yahoo was featuring a story about one hit wonders today. I enjoyed reading the article and perusing the songs. Some of them made me want to break out my crimper and neon and others made me remember high school pep rally's! You can find the article here. These one hit wonders are artists who were in the top 5 on the charts from 1985 to 2010 and have not returned to the top 100 list. Here are a few of my favorites:

Great song memories. It almost makes me sad to see Bobby McFarren as a one hit wonder because he is a very accomplished conductor (according to his E True Hollywood story).
And I must say, my secret ambition in life has been to be a one hit wonder. Just enough to get to enjoy the crazy lifestyle, but not enough celebrity to destroy who you are. I guess I should start song writing then. Ha!
Wow... I had NO idea what the Proclaimers guy looked like lol! Love that song from 'Benny & Joon'--but wow-what a terrible vid!!
