Trying to get back on track

This is week 3 of getting back into the working out routine for me. My Wii Fit told me that it had been 332 days since I last used the program. Besides taking walks, that is pretty accurate and my weight gain over the last year shows it. So, I gave myself a goal of losing 40 pounds. I am mad at myself for letting it get this bad...again. I lost 70 pounds before I got pregnant with Chloe Jo and I did great during the pregnancy and for a long time after having her. I'm ready to get back on track and start feeling better about my body!
