I've Been a Busy Bee

Buzz buzz.

I've been keeping up with my pregnancy scrapbook. I went over to my Mom's house a couple of Saturday's ago and did these pages.

Bump Watch: 14 Weeks is when I actually started getting a bump. You would never have been able to tell I was pregnant, but it was exciting to me!
The purple diamonds have the letters for Bump Watch in them. It's hard to tell in a picture, but it's obvious in person.

I also made my Christmas cards while I was there. This is the third year I've made Christmas cards. I always put a picture of Russ and I in it and I'm really excited to take a picture this year since you can tell that I'm pregnant!
The words and the snowman are both embossed. It took me forever to do and I'm super happy with the results!

Last Friday and Saturday, Russ and I went on a cleaning frenzy. I cleaned out a few closets and drawers. We gave a carload of stuff to the Blind Thrift Store. I had just been telling Mom that people say you start nesting when you get pregnant and that I hadn't started and probably wouldn't. Low and behold, if this isn't nesting, I don't know what is!

We ended up putting up our Christmas tree Saturday night.

And yes, I realize it's a Charlie Brown tree and it's a little sad and pathetic. We just don't feel the need to buy a huge, gorgeous tree while we are in an apartment. One day I'm going to buy a six foot, pre-lit tree, but not today.

I also went to Hobby Lobby to get some needlework framed. I had finished this in 2004, but never had it framed because I didn't have a baby. Then after we realized that we were having trouble, I just put it away. I finally got it back out a couple of weeks ago and took it to be framed. I thought it turned out fantastic! I'm going to love hanging it in Logan's room!
