My Recipe Box: Skillet Pasta and Beef Dinner

First things first: Did you guys not get my last post about the MRS degree? I think that story is HIL-AR-IOUS! And not a single comment. I thought I would at least get one from my sis, but nope. So then I thought maybe my readers didn't understand. Oh no! I have to make them understand because it is FUNNY! And I'm so CRA-ZEE! Okay, so explanation: Some people say that some women go on mission trips or to certain colleges to get their MRS degree. As in snag a husband. And become a Mrs. Get it now? It's funny, right?

Okay, moving on.

This is one of my favorite recipes and I got it off of a peelie on some cheese! Ha! I have to say, sometimes the recipes given to you by the manufacturer are the best!
Skillet Pasta and Beef Dinner

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 jar pasta sauce
2 cups water
8 oz. uncooked rotini pasta (I have used the vegetable pasta in this and it is yummy)
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef in skillet. Drain. Stir in sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Stir in rotini. Return to a boil. Reduce heat and cook covered, stirring occasionally, for 14 minutes or until rotini is tender. Remove from heat. Sprinkle with cheese. Let stand covered until cheese is melted.

Enjoy!

I got the joke, but I must have missed your last post. There's a joke about that at the really Orthodox Jewish girls.

That recipe looks delish. I really want to try it now (with either fake cheese or fake meat)
