Chloe Jo has several toys that sing or make noise in some way. Most of them are fine, but there have been a few that I HATE! It's not because the noise or song is annoying to me. I'm a Mom. I have "Icantuneoutanything" super powers. The problem I have with these particular toys is that they have 2 volumes.
Loud or EXTRA OBNOXIOUSLY HEARING PROBLEM PRODUCING LOUD.
It is no wonder to me that so many children have hearing problems when the toys they have are so loud it makes my ears hurt. This morning I got so fed up with her putting one of her toys on the loudest setting that I chunked it. Her hearing thanks me.

TAPE!!! I don't know how many toys I have taped over the speaker. Some are easy to take apart so the kids don't see the tape. Others I put on the outside. 9x out of 10 they leave it alone. Even THEY think its to loud.
