The Lisa/Jessica Project: Frozen Yogurt Pops

Recipe: Frozen Yogurt Pops
Puree: None
Reaction: Best recipe so far!!!
This is a recipe that I will actually use again and so far there haven't been very many of those. These frozen yogurt pops are ah-mah-zing! The bigs of our family love them. The little of our family loves them. Technically there is not a puree in these. They are just made from three simple ingredients: berries (though I don't know why you couldn't use any kind of fruit), plain yogurt and a little bit of powdered sugar to cut down the tartness of the berries. It was super easy and super yummy! I used blueberries and strawberries mixed for this first batch. Russ did think they were too tart, but Chloe Jo and I liked them just the way they were.

I have and use the cookcook (although alter them to my liking) and we like the Tortilla Cigars. I added a taco seasonings packet (and shipped the salt since the seasoning packet had salt) to them though because without it, they are bland. -kriss

These look good! I'm going to try them.
I make a variation of these in the form of a smoothie. And it is yummy and super healthy! :)

In a blender add:
1 carton of yogurt (any kind)

1-2 hand fulls of frozen blueberries (these act as the ice since they are frozen)

1 banana (this acts as the sweetener and if you use a freckled one it is even sweeter)

a splash of milk (to help it blend in the blender)
