There was a problem with my third baby's SS card (I have 4 children), and they gave me this HUGE runaround at the SS office (they'd already mailed it, we should have received it, blah blah blah...). And after ALL of that, they simply requested that I bring her crib card from the hospital as proof of her identity and they gave me her # right then and there, and mailed the card later.<br /><br /><br />A crib card.
