I did something similar last year with my teaching staff, but with Christmas presents (ornaments would work just as well). We had to pick a present/ornament that represented one other person on staff (we drew names). We wrapped them, and then when one person unwrapped a gift, they had to try to guess who the gift was supposed to represent. Then the person who purchased the gift would admit who it was supposed to be, and then the gift purchaser would open the next gift.
