This actually happened last night:

Russ: *rubs my tushy* "Mmmm...you have such a squishy tushy."

Me: "...."

Russ: *realizing what he just said* "I meant exquisite! It was word vomit. It just came out and I tried to get it back!"

Me: "Wow...thanks..."
